This is just a friendly reminder that the scale is only telling you the numerical value of your gravitational pull.
I know having a weight loss goal is important. But it should never be the most important.
In my opinion is more important to feel really food.
It’s more important to have the energy to make it through the day and still play with your kids at night.
It’s more important to love your body and feel confident in your skin.
It’s more important to be able to do the things you love whether that’s to run, walk, swim, hike, dance, etc.
Your value to this world far exceeds any number on the scale.
So can we as women start setting goals that reflect how we want to feel, what we want to do, and who we want to be, rather than some non-relevant number on a scale.
