You are More than a Number

This is just a friendly reminder that the scale is only telling you the numerical value of your gravitational pull.⁣ ⁣

I know having a weight loss goal is important. But it should never be the most important.⁣ ⁣

In my opinion is more important to feel really food.

It’s more important to have the energy to make it through the day and still play with your kids at night.⁣ ⁣

It’s more important to love your body and feel confident in your skin.⁣ ⁣

It’s more important to be able to do the things you love whether that’s to run, walk, swim, hike, dance, etc.⁣ ⁣

Your value to this world far exceeds any number on the scale.⁣ ⁣

So can we as women start setting goals that reflect how we want to feel, what we want to do, and who we want to be, rather than some non-relevant number on a scale.
