After struggling to find a solution to ovarian cysts and bouncing from doctor to doctor, being told I would need to go on birth control to fix the issue, I leaned into my eastern medicine training and started researching ways to fix this issue on my own with Nutrition for your Hormones. Once I started seeing results I started sharing this info with women in my practice. Now I help women all over the world naturally manage their hormones and gain back their life by teaching them how to Eat for your Cycle.
Dr. Beth is the author of the Best Selling book, The Female Fat Solution, the creator of the 12 Week Female Fat Solution Challenge, the Eat for Your Cycle Method, and the host of The Female Health Solution Podcast. Traveling the country to educate and empower women to take their health into their own hands, she uses nutrition to help women work with the natural cycle of their bodies to achieve lasting weight loss results.
Dr. Victoria Nelson grew up in Burnsville, Minnesota, where she cultivated her passion for sports, playing hockey and softball competitively through college. She went on to earn her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Clinical Movement Science from the University of Minnesota. She also played club hockey at the University of MN during her time there. After the University of Minnesota, she went on to graduate school where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University. Dr. Victoria is currently a practicing chiropractor in St. Michael, MN.
Dr. Victoria has a passion for empowering women to take control of their own health journey through education and guidance. This passion was sparked by her own health challenges, as she has suffered from debilitating migraines throughout her life. Through
her own process, she had to learn ways to help reduce those migraines with nutrition and chiropractic care. She takes those experiences into her practice to better serve her patients, and she is excited to now bring that passion to the Dr. Beth Westie team.
Outside of work, Dr. Victoria enjoys being outdoors at the cabin, spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs Edward and Ryley. She has also been a member of the Ice Crew for the Minnesota Wild since 2014.
After suffering a life-changing concussion, experiencing failing health and being told by many practitioners that I was completely fine, I started a deep dive into finding answers to why my health was continuing to deteriorate on my own. After finding and working with a root-cause practitioner, I regained my health and life back.
These experiences ignited a passion to implement root cause work into my daily practice. Through my own health challenges and Nutrition Therapy training, I recognized the critical need to find the missing pieces in women’s health and fill the gap missed by traditional approaches.
Dr. Mallory is on a mission to restore hope, and help women regain their life back by getting to the root cause of their illness and using nutrition as a healing solution.
“This might sound dramatic, but this program changed my life.
I was feeling hopeless, lost, and completely out of touch with my body. Going through Menopause had been a terrible experience for me, and I couldn’t find answers anywhere.
I was hesitant and skeptical that this would really work, but Dr. Beth was the only person that was talking about things specifically for Menopause. I am so glad I took a chance. I can’t even explain my gratitude for Dr. Beth. I felt supported, and I know she truly cared about me. I have my life back. My energy has returned and I can do the things I love! I am down a couple pant sizes, but I actually feel in control again. This is priceless to me. I would do this again a million times over!”
