I’ve Struggled With Nutrition Too…

I’ve talked about this a bit before, but I want to share it again. ⁣

I struggled with my nutrition for as long as I can remember. Never really feeling like anything was meant for me.⁣ ⁣

When I started struggling with my hormones on top of my nutrition I hit a breaking point.⁣ ⁣

I remember the day so vividly, laying on the floor in the back of my office in the most pain I’ve ever experienced due to an ovarian cyst that ruptured. My husband had to carry me out to the car, and into the ER.⁣ ⁣

When the option I was given to avoid this in the future was birth control, I knew there had to be a better way and I was determined to find it.⁣ ⁣

I went so far down the rabbit hole, it’s almost embarrassing. But I knew I had to do SOMETHING.⁣ ⁣

The more research I did the more pieces were laid out in front of me, but no one was putting the puzzle together. ⁣ ⁣

It wasn’t until I gained the knowledge I needed to from numerous practitioners that I was able to really put everything together for myself. And when it worked, I knew I couldn’t keep it to myself.⁣ ⁣

In my practice I had hundreds of women struggling with weight and hormone issues, so I started offering my knowledge to them.⁣ ⁣

The results were incredible. Not only were women dropping weight, they were healing their hormone issues. PMS, Menopause symptoms, inability to lose weight, belly fat, fatigue etc. GONE.⁣ ⁣

These women’s lives were changing right before my eyes, and the question I kept getting is “This makes SO much sense, why is no one talking about it?”⁣ ⁣

I still don’t have a good answer for that but I can tell you this, I’m screaming it from the rooftops.⁣ ⁣

Listen, I get it. There is SO much information out there it’s hard to determine how & why THIS is going to be the thing that changes everything for you.⁣ ⁣

Being skeptical comes with the territory.⁣ ⁣

You need a plan put in place for you. For your body specifically. Not something that’s a cookie cutter plan to implement, a specific plan designed to fit you.⁣ ⁣

And you need someone that’s going to be there every step of the way. Each and every week making sure you make progress & adjusting as needed.⁣
