How Can I Boost Metabolism?

Many women I work with complain that they have tried every diet in the book and fail to see lasting results.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

When it comes to women thinking about how to boost their metabolism, they often think about cutting certain foods out and restricting calories. This is NOT going to create achievable, lasting results.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Yes, it is helpful to cut out excess sugar and processed foods, but if you are not replacing those foods with the nutrients your body needs, your body is NOT going to shift to the results you want it to!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

One key component to boosting metabolism is getting enough protein!! This is especially crucial in women around menopause, because your body requires more protein to do the things it used to. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

If you fuel your body correctly, you will see amazing shifts in your weight and overall health. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Another critical part to boosting metabolism, is managing your stress! Stress has the ability to ruin women’s results, because it causes the release of cortisol which stores fat instead of burning it. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

Chronic stress also causes hormonal issues, leading to irregular cycles. Targeted weight gain around the midsection and hips/thighs is actually hormonal weight. It is stored when your hormones are not functioning properly. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

It is important to address specific, targeted weight gain by eating for your cycle to work for your body so you can see a completely different result!⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

If you feel like you have been struggling or lost when it comes to weight loss, my 12 week program will help you! You will learn what to eat and when to eat it so you are using your hormones to your full advantage. ⁣⁣
