Do You Binge On The Weekends?

Are you one of those people who is super strict with their diet during the week, and on the weekends it becomes a free for all?⁣ ⁣

If this is you, it’s time to start re-thinking what you’re doing during the week.⁣ ⁣

I truly believe in a healthy, balanced life style full of the things you love. It’s just a matter of fitting them in during the right times.⁣ ⁣

I get it, schedules are different on the weekends, you feel more freedom, and it’s much easier to convince yourself that you’ve “earned it” by saving no all week.⁣ ⁣

Have you ever held off eating a small treat during the week, and it turns into an entire tub of ice cream, 2 pizzas, a candy bar, 3 donuts etc etc.? Why?? Why do we deprive ourselves of the things we love during the week, turning ourselves into a hungry hungry monster by the weekend?⁣ ⁣

And guess what? If your hormones are healthy, and your metabolism is burning, your body will have no problem burning off that piece of cake!⁣ ⁣

My goal for you? Allow yourself that piece of chocolate when you want it. ⁣ If you allow yourself the things you want in moderation you are much less likely to binge on that thing over the weekend.⁣ ⁣

This is how you stop “dieting” and start building a healthy lifestyle.⁣ ⁣

Start building in the things you love. Stop depriving yourself.⁣ ⁣

Can we all agree that one piece of cake shouldn’t completely destroy everything you’ve been working for?? Here to giving yourself more grace, and allowing room for the things you love.⁣ ⁣
