Self care checklist for the holidays:

It’s that time of the year where it’s important to put in a little more SELF CARE. The holidays can be a time of joy, but also a time of stress and wear on the body.

Many of us are tempted to “put it off until after the Holidays!”

because we are prioritizing everyone else. Prioritizing self care is actually the BEST way to take care of those around you.

It sounds counterintuitive at first,⁣ but prioritizing yourself is what allows you to show up for others.

Here are some of my favorite ways to prioritize self care especially around the holidays:

????Setting boundaries
????Breathing
????Quiet time
????Laughter
????Electrolytes
????Sunshine
????Sleep
????Hugs
????Reading
????Walking
????Protein
????Cozy socks

Self care can look like so many different things, so take some time to figure out what that looks like for you!

We deserve better. I believe with all of my heart that putting ourselves first helps us show up for our kids, partners, family and community.

So this holiday season, I’m committed to me. And I am giving you permission to commit to yourself!
