GUT HEALTH TEA
- Cumin seeds
- Coriander seeds
- Fennel seeds
*I buy large bags of seeds on Amazon! You can also find them in any grocery store.
Measure equal parts of each seed and store in your favorite container – I used a protein shake blender cup!
I have a tea diffuser from Amazon as well! Steep for 4-5, strain and enjoy!
Add these for a little boost:
- 1 T. Lemon
- Honey to taste
