How do you know if your cortisol is improving?
One of the most noticeable changes is energy levels. When your cortisol is off, it can be hard to get out of bed or impossible to make it through the day without feeling fatigued.
Balanced cortisol levels often show up as better recovery. Recovery from exertion, movement, stress… everything!
Increased stamina, steady heart rate AND better sleep can also indicate improved cortisol. Each of these factors really impact your quality of life!
Notice that none of this is an external result like weight loss. Don’t be fooled, though, improving your cortisol levels is a big key to seeing those changes too!
