Where does belly fat come from??

There are so many reasons that a woman gains fat deposits in certain areas of the body. The main culprits are generally stress, menopause and hormone issues.

When you are under high amounts or consistent stress, you will typically gain weight right around the midsection – more like a “tire” that covers both the front and back of your body.

The same thing goes for menopause. When you go through a hormonal shift, now your body responds to stress, nutrition and movement in a COMPLETELY different way. This can typically manifest as extra fat!

When looking at other hormonal issues like PCOS, estrogen dominance, low progesterone, etc, you can experience belly fat and typically fat gain around the hips and thighs as well.

So how do we target this fat??

First, we will want to get to the root of where the hormones are off. The best way to do this is to test the hormone levels with a DUTCH test.

Even if you are taking the best supplements or eating the best fat burning foods, your body won’t respond with long term results UNLESS you are getting to the root of the issues.

DUTCH test is a simple, at-home, urine test that will give you answers about your hormones. Once we get the results, I will personally go over your test with you and discuss a plan for maximum results.

If you are ready to burn that belly fat for good, get started with your DUTCH test today.
