In general, fasting has some amazing benefits when it comes to burning fat, reducing inflammation, and boosting your metabolism.
That being said, ANY kind of fasting that is NOT tailored to support the female hormone cycle is going to do more harm than good!
How does this “bad” fasting impact your body?

– Decreases your progesterones
– Reduces/eliminates ovulation
– Decreases cortisol clearance
– Decreases muscle building
