What the heck is a “Belly Buster”?!
A belly buster is used to break a plateau in results, improve sleep, and help stress responses, to name a few.
An important note: belly busters are not meant to be used alone. In other words, don’t incorporate them and expect results if you are not already addressing your lifestyle, nutrition, hormones, etc.
This is also not something you include every night! It’s meant to be an extra boost, when needed.
A belly buster includes…
– 20+g Protein
– Around 30 min. before bed
An example of this would be egg whites and greens! Pure protein and some fiber. It’s super simple but very effective. This is one of the few times I don’t want you to have carbs and fats included with your protein.
I love to incorporate belly busters during certain times in my cycle, along with protein pacing. You will be amazed at how effective it is!
