You will notice when I talk about these things, I am not talking about one magic supplement or food that will get you quick results. Nope.

These are lifestyle changes and they take TIME. Consistency is the secret. Your health is cumulative!

Your sleep, stress, hormones… all of it matters! You may have a meticulous diet and yet the results won’t come. That is because you need to look at the cumulative factors behind your health.

Correct Timeline: you need to have a realistic timeline for your body – your results may take longer than you expect! Every single body is different.

When it comes to understanding your timeline, you need to take into account your health history, trauma, hormone issues/changes and stress.

Current Tools: you need to have current tools that fit your lifestyle. The things that helped you two years ago may not be as helpful to you today.

A simple example of this can be something as simple as a new pill box! I recently got a new pill organizer (thanks, Amazon!) and its a little thing like that that helps me stay consistent.
