Seed Cycling Basics – How To

Seed cycling basics????

Seed cycling is not new, but there are so many women who haven’t heard the word that there is a natural (and tasty!) way to regulate hormones with SEEDS!

When it comes to hormones, you really have four different “bodies” throughout the month. Each week of your cycle is completely different from the next!

The hormones in your body do completely different things throughout the month. It’s really important that we’re supporting them correctly.

Here are the basics:

Days 1-14 of your cycle:

1 T. Pumpkin seeds

1 T. Flax seeds

Days 15-28 (or to the end) of your cycle:

1 T. Sesame seeds

1 T. Sunflower seeds

The minimum is a Tablespoon per day, but you can include more, especially if you are incorporating this into a recipe!

How do you know if your hormones are off? The best way is through DUTCH hormone testing. DUTCH testing is included in my individual coaching and I have a few open spots!

Whatever shows up in your test, I will work with you to create a plan that resolves these imbalances and maximizes your metabolism for fat burning and muscle building.

It will be individualized so that you can target exactly where the hormonal issues start.
