I gained weight… and this is why

Many women can experience weight gain, regardless of any changes in their diet or exercise. There are four key things that can affect this, that are often times overlooked!

First, HORMONES are huge when it comes to weight/fat. This is why I offer the DUTCH test, so that I can help women discover the exact areas where their hormones are off!

STRESS, SLEEP and MUSCLE LOSS, are the other three areas that can affect weight gain. Why? Well all three of these lower your metabolism and your ability to burn fat!

The best thing you can do for your body, is to take small consistent steps in each area so that they can all support each other. Here are some of the best ways to get started:

1. Test your hormones (I recommend the DUTCH test!)
2. Take adaptogens for stress
3. Prioritize consistent sleep schedules
4. Do some strength training (even at home!)
