Hormone levels for fat burning!

It is so important to balance your hormones for effective fat burning. You can spend hours in the gym, but if your hormones are off, you won’t see results!

The main hormones that I pay attention to for fat burning are:

– estrogen

– progesterone

– testosterone

These should be balanced and processing evenly as they are filtered through the body.

Balanced hormones doesn’t mean they necessarily need to be at a certain number, but rather they are balanced in comparison to other hormones in the body. Each woman’s hormone balance can look a little different!

Another important factor in hormone balance is CORTISOL. Cortisol is the stress hormone and this also plays a big part in fat burning.

How do we know what your hormone levels are doing? My favorite way is through DUTCH hormone testing. If you feel like you are doing all the right things and still are not seeing results, a DUTCH test is going to be a great next step. This test is included in my 12 week program!

Whatever shows up in your test, I will work with you to create a plan that resolves these imbalances and maximizes your metabolism for fat burning and muscle building.
