Ditch the scale!

Do you get frustrated when you see the number on the scale go up despite doing all the “right things?”⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The female body is hormonally different every single week. You should expect to see fluctuations on the scale. There are certain times of your cycle where your body is retaining more fluid and your uterus is LARGER.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Read that again…⁣⁣
⁣⁣
You aren’t gaining fat. Your body is just going through its natural hormonal process.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Yet, most women see that higher number and head into a negative self-talk spiral which leads to giving up.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
On top of this, weight loss takes time. Real, sustainable fat loss is a journey, and the scale is a woman’s #1 enemy in the process. I encourage my clients to get rid of it! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
If it were as fast and easy as some of the miracle pills or programs promote, everyone would have their ideal body by this time next week.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Honor your body. LEARN how it works, and why you may be experiencing certain things. And ask yourself, “Is this part of my body’s natural process?” Most likely the answer is yes.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Did you know the “life span” of your hormone cycle is 12 weeks? If you are trying a weight loss program that’s less than this, you aren’t even giving your body the chance to regulate!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
You can do this.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
It’s not a matter of ability, it’s a question of whether or not you are willing to put in the effort to figure out what your body needs to function optimally in order to drop the weight!
⁣⁣
If you are ready to get your body on track and sustainable results, you’re going to want to join the next 12 week program!
⁣⁣
Registration is opening this week and the only way to participate is through the waitlist.
