Women come to me discouraged because they are putting in the extra time for cardio and cutting the carbs and yet, the belly fat won’t go away! There is so much misinformation about what is really happening in your body when you gain belly fat, so it’s one of the big areas I address with my clients.
So, let’s talk about it. Women naturally store fat! There are reasons that fat storage can be pushed out of balance. Most women only focus on restrictive diets or excessive exercise, but really there are so many other factors that need to be addressed with belly fat. The big ones are:
