She has well over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, was a previous gym owner for 6 years, was a master trainer for a reputable fitness company and certified fitness instructors on different formats for them, she is still very involved in the fitness industry and leads several classes weekly and often speaks at different events on various topics around the US including health, business and personal development. She now focuses her time & energy on her global health & wellness business and lives for her greatest role of being a mama to her 2 year old son, Griffin.
