The real reason you have fatigue

Raise your hand if you have that afternoon slump, drink coffee like its going out of style, or feel tired even after a full night of sleep…????☕️

I have a feeling there are many of us who have experienced this level of fatigue.

And guess what? It isn’t necessarily about sleep!

There can be a myriad of reasons for fatigue, but one of the biggest ones is hormonal imbalance.

Your hormones are the big KEY to your energy levels, stress levels and feeling rested.

Have you ever wondered what your hormones are actually doing throughout the month???

This is why I am a huge fan of doing the DUTCH hormone test!

I specifically like to look at cortisol, which is a hormone directly related to stress.

Too little or too much cortisol can be a BIG problem, and can become incredibly imbalanced ESPECIALLY now, in the midst of a pandemic.
