So many women deal with hormonal imbalance, but they aren’t really sure how to identify it! They can tell that something is off, but it’s easy to downplay it as something else. Your body is actually telling you some really important information!
Here are some things you may experience with hormonal imbalance:
- Weight Gain (and inability to lose): when your hormones are off, it increases the stress in your body which causes fat storage. Crash diets and other restrictions can decrease your metabolism long term and make it worse!
- Fatigue
- Increased sensitivity to temperature
- constipation/diarrhea
- dry skin
- puffy face
- muscle ache or weakness
- decreased libido
- heavy and/or irregular cycle
This list is not all inclusive, there are definitely more symptoms. If you are struggling with some or many of these issues, the good news is that there are steps you can take to balance your hormones!
