In this episode I am diving into the differences between men and women’s bodies.
A lot of times we get hung up on the number on the scale, or the fact that we may weigh more than our male counterpart.
However that weight distribution is different between genders. Men for example tend to have more muscle mass in their upper body, whereas women tend to have more muscle mass in their lower body. It’s just how we are designed.
It’s important to know what you are training your body for, and how your body type compares.
My goal for this episode is to give you a different perspective on your body shape, and frame compared to your male counterpart.
