479. Why Am I So Tired?

I get asked ALL the time, “Why am I so tired?” Many doctors will just look at someone and tell them to “just lose 20 lb and you won’t be so tired” when really there is much more to the picture. Something to consider with fatigue – are you able to feel better after more sleep? If not, there is definitely a deeper issue and it has NOTHING to do with laziness. Many times it’s an adrenal/cortisol issue, so I wanted to spend some time on what this looks like. The goal of this episode is to open the conversation around fatigue, exhaustion and adrenal issues that so many of us face.
