Today I wanted to talk about libido. One of the main questions I get asked is around libido and how to know whether or not its in a healthy place or not. The first thing I want to say is that having a libido is healthy, you should have a libido. If you have not had a libido

Now the other thing to mention is that men and women are going to have differing libidos. For men often times they have a libido at any day, at any time. Whereas for women, often times our libido is higher around ovulation.
