I am dedicating today’s episode to discussing supplements. It can be tempting to throw supplements at a health issue because we heard that it worked for Aunt Pam, or to take anything that Dr. Google tells us. Supplements are much more individual, and although many won’t hurt you, it’s so important to understand what your specific body needs, how the supplements interact with each other and how to maximize the benefits.
I am a huge fan of supplementation in general, because our nutrition as a nation is severely lacking. As long as we are taking into consideration the right factors and individuality of health, supplements can go a long way! The goal of this episode is to open the conversation around these issues and share ways you can improve your health.
