We all experience failure, but there are different ways to respond and move forward from it. And some are healthier than others!
The truth is, failure sucks. It’s not that easy to just say “well, it’s a learning experience” although that may be true. We are ingrained with a very male-dominant mindset. It’s the “just power through it” epidemic. It’s forced.
