PMS is Not Normal

Did you know it’s possible to have a symptomless period?

Say what?! It’s true.

Most of the symptoms you experience the week before your period are an indication of something else going on in the body.

The most common cause of PMS? Irregular hormone cycle. Second most common cause? Lack of proper nutrient to support hormones.

Which means you don’t have to live with it!

Society has made PMS almost a tag line. Like it’s completely normal every month to have mood swings, cravings, fatigue, bloating, etc.

It’s not normal. And it doesn’t have to be your normal.

Step one is regulating your hormone cycle.

You can do this through matching your nutrition to your cycle every month, and layering in seed cycling.

The second step is to make sure you’re getting the proper nutrient during each phase.

In the progesterone phase your body needs more nutrient. 200-400 more calories!

Third step is gut health and digestion. During the progesterone phase your digestive system slows down. Adding in ACV, digestive enzymes and kombucha can help.

Can we stop making PMS normal? It’s not.

I want to know, what is the worst PMS symptom you experience? ???????? If you want to start having symptomless periods, and aren’t sure where to start, send me a message!

PMS doesn’t have to be your normal!
