Are You Eating For Your Body?

Listen up, ladies!⁣ ⁣

Our hormones are different EVERY single week (really every day)! They are constantly shifting and changing.⁣ ⁣

This happens through your ENTIRE life! Even in menopause, even if you’ve had a hysterectomy. It’s just on a smaller scale!⁣ ⁣

With this shift and change your body is doing different things! Estrogen naturally burns more carb, and progesterone naturally burns more fat!⁣ ⁣
