So what’s the tea?! I’m about to spill it all!

It is so important to help your system all day long, but especially when you first wake up. I am about to share my favorite Gut Health Tea that will get your digestion moving, prevent bloating, wake up your metabolism and give your skin a beautiful glow!

GUT HEALTH TEA

  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander seeds
  • Fennel seeds

*I buy large bags of seeds on Amazon! You can also find them in any grocery store.

Measure equal parts of each seed and store in your favorite container – I used a protein shake blender cup!

I have a tea diffuser from Amazon as well! Steep for 4-5, strain and enjoy!

Add these for a little boost:

  • 1 T. Lemon
  • Honey to taste
